I deal with a range of inter and intra personal issues. I have a special interest in spirituality, anxiety, stress management, depression, grief, relationships, parenting and esteem issues.
Private and business life holds challenges and I enjoy working with people from all walks of life. I mainly work with individuals (18yrs+) from the clinical and corporate world. I offer counselling and supervision and employee assistance. I am able to identify areas of stress and conflict and am able to mobilize relevant solutions for management's implementation. I also supervise counselling students from Laidlaw College, BTI and MIT.
